letters that are marked from the North Pole with an “Official” North Pole postmark are sent to North
Pole, Alaska. This means that the person you are buying the letters from sends the letters off and a
third party is responsible for the actual mailing of the package. We want to be totally involved in
the entire process, from the beginning to the end. So what we have done instead is created an
unofficial postmark from Santa’s Workshop at the North Pole. This is not an official US Postal
Service postmark. Letters will be mailed from Concord, NC.
7. When does my order get shipped? Usually within 72 hours of receipt of payment. We will
accept orders up until Friday, December 4, 2009.
remember that no order will be processed until payment is received. We accept checks, money
orders (payable to Cynthia Roy) and credit/debit cards. Deadline for guaranteed delivery
by Christmas is Friday, December 4, 2009.
